By accessing or using the services provided by EDHAT Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through edhatsolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. For custom projects, payment terms will be outlined in a project proposal or statement of work. Digital products are non-refundable after download unless defective.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project scope, we will revise the work at no additional cost. If we cannot meet the specifications, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom work: Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and non-proprietary code in future projects.

Digital products: You receive a license to use the product for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our digital products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDHAT Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EDHAT Studios LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
